Role and Responsibilities:

As a Dish Cleaning Assistant, you will be a key part of the back-of-house team, supporting daily kitchen operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Clear tables and return used items promptly to the dish station for processing.

• Assist with unloading shipments and storing products appropriately.
• Support general kitchen cleanliness and food-handling duties as required.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain proper hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation protocols and operation of industrial dishwashers.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high workloads.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
