Job Summary

Join a growing team as the Café Manager of an expanding Starbucks café in downtown NYC. As Café Manager, you will help oversee daily operations, support program administration, and serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver an exceptional café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
Oversees facility operations
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree preferred
1-3 years of experience
Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
ServSafe Certification is preferred
