Regional Manager

Job Summary of Regional Manager:

The Regional Manager main duty is to supervise the activities, achievements, and financial success of various store or business sites across a specified area. In this managerial position, tasks include establishing revenue targets, enforcing adherence to corporate guidelines, guiding store supervisors, evaluating financial statements, and executing plans to stimulate expansion.

Responsibilities of Regional Manager:

• In charge of overseeing the complete functioning of several dining establishments.
• Oversees restaurant administration and holds meetings and visits establishments to verify effective implementation of guidelines and maintain uniform operations throughout all locations.
• Shows effective leadership abilities, offers guidance, and supports Restaurant Managers in making decisions and resolving issues.
• Conducts assessments of stores, certification evaluations, and surprise visits to assess the standard of service, amiability, hygiene, and managerial functions of every eatery.
• Conducts performance reviews.
• Carries out security and safety evaluations and executes cash management responsibilities in order to uphold a secure workplace.
• Efficiently gathers and handles all necessary paperwork on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Evaluates the financial performance of every restaurant by overseeing day-to-day, weekly, and end-of-period sales and expense management data, conducts regular meetings with Restaurant Managers to analyze income statements, and establishes objectives for enhancement.
• Supports restaurant managers in implementing localized promotional strategies.

Requirements of Regional Manager:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (approximate), including evenings and weekends, under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Strong math skills, a college degree, or 4 years of management experience in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Can analyze and interpret profit and loss statement data and create action plans to solve any related problem.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
