Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker:

Help management in their efforts to attain and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards and proper equipment maintenance in the restaurant.
Filter the oil used in fryers on a daily basis as part of the maintenance routine.
Maintain outside grounds.
Clean and maintain equipment, wash windows inside and out, keep stock rooms organized, and sanitize restroom areas.
Unload deliveries from the truck on a biweekly basis.
Dispose and eliminate the rubbish.
Change light bulbs.
Perform regular cleaning on HVAC/exhaust systems and remove debris from the roof.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Worker:

Interest in learning and performing responsibilities related to physical maintenance.
Efficiency in collaborating within a rapid team environment.
Ensuring cleanliness and equipment standards necessitates a consistent commitment and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications for Maintenance Worker:

Prior involvement in maintenance or janitorial roles is advantageous, although not a required prerequisite.
Demonstrated proficiency in resolving problems and organizing tasks.
