Qualifications:

• 02 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen setting.
• Strong working knowledge of common restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures.
• High level of detail orientation and proven ability to successfully multi-task during high-volume periods.
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for extended periods.
• Ability to accurately read, organize, and coordinate food production tickets.
• Strong understanding of the menu and recipe preparation.
• Exceptional dependability and a commitment to strong teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and prepare all food orders, including meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables, according to current Bob Evans recipes, carryout, and plating standards.
• Ensure all meals are visibly appealing, prepared in a timely manner, and delivered to the guest hot and fresh.
• Strictly adhere to all company recipes and storyboards for consistent product quality.
• Maintain the highest standards of food handling, preparation, and sanitation throughout the shift, wearing gloves as required and changing aprons promptly when soiled.
• Consistently comply with established standard portion sizes, quality standards, kitchen rules, and policies.
• Prioritize and coordinate food preparation so that all items on a guest check are completed simultaneously.
• Ensure the proper and safe operation and maintenance of all approved cooking equipment.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene, including frequent hand washing.
• Be prepared to assist in other kitchen or restaurant job categories as needed.
• Regularly meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for the entire shift, walking for long periods, and the ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds.
