Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following Outback Steakhouse's recipes and standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage.
• Operate beverage dispensing equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Assist with inventory management of all beverage products, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing waste.
• Support the service team by ensuring timely delivery of drinks to guests.
• Properly dispose of waste and recyclables from the bar area according to established procedures.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local alcohol regulations.
• Proactively identify and address any beverage-related issues or guest concerns.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, particularly during peak hours.
