Job Description:

The Suite Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a suite or premium seating environment. This seasonal, guest-facing role includes taking orders, delivering food and drinks, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive in high-volume settings.
Must be able to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival in the suite or dining area.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Provide menu recommendations and accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
Ensure all food is served in compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly escalate issues when needed.
Maintain suite cleanliness throughout service and reset suites after events.
Accurately process tickets, follow cash-handling procedures, and ensure guest checks are settled properly.
Collaborate with other departments for special events or service needs.
Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
