Role and Responsibilities:

As a Burger King Cook, you are responsible for supervising the team to guarantee top-notch service for customers and overseeing the restaurant's daily operations. Your impact is determined by your ability to inspire, help, and empower the staff.

Essential Skills and Background:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Possession of a current driver's license.
• Proficiency in executing vital tasks within a restaurant establishment, such as enduring extended periods of standing, handling heavy loads, bending and squatting, stretching to retrieve items, and engaging in upkeep duties like sweeping and mopping, while being comfortable with fluctuating temperature environments.
• Willingness to be present for work outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when required.
• Access to reliable transportation and availability to work extended or irregular hours as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Successful conclusion of a restaurant management program at an educational institution or via specific coursework.
• Previous exposure to the operations of fast-food establishments with a minimum of six months of hands-on experience.
• Exhibiting effective leadership qualities and being known as a trustworthy and available mentor.
• Possessing self-motivation, fostering a positive mindset, and adhering to ethical conduct.
