The way Hosts engage with our patrons during these instances determines whether they will come back for another visit.

Guest Service:

• Provides a warm welcome to guests as they arrive and bids them a sincere farewell, inviting them to come back again.
• Extends help to those staying at the establishment who may need support.
• Coordinates the fulfillment of orders for GC On the Go efficiently.
• Affable and polite while conversing on the phone.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Understands the position's duties regarding just-in-time delivery and follows them accordingly.
• Knowledgeable about the buffet options available each day and well-informed about the menu selection and its corresponding prices.

Cleanliness:

• Maintains organization and tidiness in the vestibule, host/cashier station, and its vicinity.
• Support is necessary to ensure the buffet is correctly arranged and the labels are accurate, along with the task of cleaning all the buffet stations and their surrounding areas.
• Conforms to the rules and requirements mandated by the community health bureau.
• Coordinates duty shifts to ensure that cleanliness, service, and quality standards are maintained.

Operational Excellence:

• Informs the supervisor about when it is advisable to transfer funds from the cash drawer to the secure safe to decrease the vulnerability to theft.
• Validates the accuracy of the drawer balance through daily paperwork verification.
