Major Duties:
Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment.
See to it that all dishware, utensils, and cooking tools are sanitized, dried thoroughly, and stored appropriately for guests and team members.
Ensure that the kitchen, dining areas, restroom facilities, and behind-the-scenes spaces are consistently clean and well-maintained.
Ensure daily tidying and organization in the utility space.
Regularly sweep, mop, and sanitize to maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the floors in kitchen and utility areas.
Perform trash removal responsibilities and ensure the cleanliness of the loading dock and dumpster site.
Carry out routine deep-cleaning responsibilities according to the predetermined schedule.
Comply with the guidelines implemented by the local health department and follow the safety procedures outlined by the company.
Replenish the supply of clean dishes, silverware, and glassware at the Cook, Line, and Server stations.
It is important to promptly communicate any equipment problems or safety hazards to the Manager.
Efficiently manage workload during peak hours to meet demand and cleanliness requirements.
Help create a memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining spotless dishes and dining areas.
Assist the restaurant staff by delivering clean dishes and utensils promptly.
