Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sous Chef, your primary objective is to guide your team in providing top-notch service to guests and maintaining efficient restaurant procedures. Your success in this position will be determined by your ability to inspire, assist, and enable your colleagues.

• Lead by example in promoting a culture of transparency and integrity through open communication and creating a foundation of trust, respect, and reliability within the workspace.
• Redistribute responsibilities such as cleaning tasks, lineup roles, and opening and closing duties among the shifts.

• Maintain operational efficiency throughout the shift by overseeing and improving expenditures related to food, labor, waste, and cash flow.

Essential Skills and Background:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage physical demands of a restaurant environment, including standing for extended periods, lifting and transporting items, bending and squatting, reaching, performing cleaning duties like mopping and sweeping, and working in fluctuating temperature settings.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work extended or irregular shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Completion of coursework related to restaurant management.
• Minimum of six months experience in a quick-service restaurant setting.
• Recognized for strong leadership skills and a trustworthy, accessible presence.
