Role and Responsibilities of Crew Associate:

As a Crew Associate at Wendy's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, fast, and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you are working in the kitchen, preparing food, or interacting with customers in the dining area, your dedication to providing high-quality service and food will help uphold Wendy's reputation for excellence. You'll handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift while supporting your team and jumping in where needed. Key responsibilities include

• Enhance customer interactions by greeting them warmly and providing exceptional service with a smile.
• Prepare delicious food items at Wendy's while upholding the company's standards for freshness and quality.
• - Coordinate schedules and maintain appointment records. Take care of both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Help patrons with menu selections, accurately recording their orders, and ensuring that all requests are processed correctly.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and functions seamlessly.
• Give your backing to your team and be willing to help out wherever necessary.
• Consistently observe food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
• Use kitchen tools safely and efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Successfully manage cash transactions and accurately process credit/debit payments.
• Keep the dining area spick and span, ensuring that it is presentable and inviting for guests at all times.
• Speed up the delivery of change and receipts to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Attend to customer inquiries and aim to resolve concerns promptly while upholding a positive attitude.
• Collaboratively work with colleagues to fulfill sales goals during the shift.
• Adhere to the security and safety policies outlined by the company to maintain a safe workplace.
• Ensure that you arrive on time for the start of your shift and stay until all duties are completed.

Required Skills and Experience of Crew Associate:

Preferred Qualifications for Crew Associate:

• Relevant experience in food-related positions or customer service settings.
• Competency in conducting cash transactions and managing registers.
