• Follow franchisee regulations for budget compliance, cash management, and operational processes.
• Uphold the uniform application of brand standards, recipes, and operational protocols.
• Source, select, integrate, and enhance members of a dining establishment team.
• Supervise and gauge the productivity of staff members, giving them constructive criticism.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Manager:

• Past leadership roles held in retail, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
• Foundational knowledge in computer functionality and effective verbal and written communication expertise.
• Acquiring knowledge in the field of financial management and mastering basic mathematical concepts.
• College degree preferred.
• Skill in managing a team within a high-speed, customer-centric atmosphere.
