Dining Room Attendant

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct daily operations of the restaurant and its functional departments
• Support in establishing and coaching an effective leadership team and staff to enhance organizational performance
• Provide outstanding guest assistance in line with Chick-fil-A's standards of hospitality excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
• Drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and optimize operational efficiency
• Lead community participation initiatives and uphold a strong public reputation
• Implement and reinforce organizational policies, regulations, and training programs
• Continuously review performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve outcomes
• Encourage and maintain the core values and purpose of Chick-fil-A
• Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to achieve shared business objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of five years of leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry
• Consistent availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hospitality-centered approach, self-awareness, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work more than 45 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual pay ranging from $70,000 to over $80,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses
