Qualifications:

• Need at least 2-3 years of recent management involvement in a high-traffic full-service restaurant with a scratch-cooking concept.
• Obtaining a Food Handlers Certification requires completion of a course that teaches safe food handling practices, whereas Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification focuses on responsible alcohol serving techniques.
• Demonstrates a high level of urgency and efficiency in managing tasks within a rapid and demanding work environment.
• Knowledge of rules and guidelines related to food and equipment safety and sanitation is crucial.
• Driven by achieving results and valuing teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the restaurant operates effectively and without disruptions.
• Take the initiative to mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Strive to keep guest satisfaction exceptionally high, embodying the well-known standard of excellence at Chuy's.
• Manage the cooking procedures involving the utilization of fresh ingredients that have not been frozen.

• Ensure you have the necessary certifications, including Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Servers certifications.
