Qualifications:

• A strong dedication to delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Proven leadership experience is required, with 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environment strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is necessary; college coursework or culinary schooling is a plus.
• Excellent capabilities in team building, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges.
• Proficiency in basic business math, accounting principles, and computer literacy.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• For locations serving alcohol, must meet all state-mandated age requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring consistent execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Act as a leader by providing clear direction, training, coaching, and development to all direct report managers and staff.
• Drive the restaurant's success by focusing on building sales, achieving operational goals, and maximizing profitability through effective P&L management.
• Oversee all essential management duties, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and addressing employee complaints/resolving problems in accordance with company standards.
• Actively shape the restaurant's culture to ensure a high degree of employee engagement and professional conduct.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by personally greeting guests, investigating and promptly resolving food quality or service issues.
• Champion sales-building initiatives, including suggestive selling, and work to maximize table turnover and sales per guest hour.
• Manage the restaurant's financial controls, including food and labor costs, by optimizing weekly employee and manager schedules and diligently monitoring inventory.
• Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA standards, local health and safety codes, and company security protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all.
• Regularly monitor daily activities to maintain the highest standards of food quality, plate presentation, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Control day-to-day operational cash, inventory, and facility assets, taking appropriate action based on reviews of financial reports.
• Occasionally assist team members with various job duties across different categories as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
