Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, carrying trays, and navigating busy dining areas.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
