Job Summary of Hospitality Crew Member:

Dairy Queen is seeking friendly and energetic team members to provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations. This role may include Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Cashier, and Expeditor responsibilities. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to delivering quality service and creating positive experiences for every guest.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hospitality Crew Member:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Take and accurately complete customer orders in the Front Counter or Drive-Thru.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, and treats according to company quality standards and health regulations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including dining, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Stock, rotate, and organize products and supplies as needed.
• Assist with end-of-day cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience of Hospitality Crew Member:

• Minimum age requirements: 14 years (age determines pay range).
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality service.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Practice proper hygiene and adhere to safety and health regulations.

Salary:

Starting pay based on experience: $11$17/hour.
