Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive attitude
Show care during each interaction with guests and fellow team members
Take pride and ownership in the service and food we serve
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Show up to work on time and willing to go above and beyond for our guests every day
Work outside for multiple hours a day
