Job Summary of Kitchen Cleaner:

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment to support efficient restaurant operations. The position ensures that all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment are sanitized, properly stored, and ready for use at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Cleaner:

• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to sanitize all dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Wash specific items by hand, including wooden tools and large pots, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and remove debris regularly.
• Check dishwashing equipment for proper functionality and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations as required.
• Ensure that all cleaned items are stored correctly and accessible for kitchen staff.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Cleaner:

• No previous experience required; on - the - job training is provided.
