Role and Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you'll blend your leadership strengths and restaurant management experience to drive business performance and deliver outstanding guest and team member experiences. This role combines variety with responsibility across front- and back-of-house operationswith 24/7 support from our home office to help you thrive.

• Lead and support daily store operations across all departments
• Deliver excellent hospitality to guests through team coaching and leadership
• Support and mentor team members in their development and performance
• Ensure high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Collaborate with other leaders to drive store performance and guest satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Availability on weekends and holidays as required
• A caring attitude and commitment to exceptional hospitality
• Valid driver's license
• Fluency in English
