Guest Service:

• Provides a warm welcome to guests as they arrive and bids them a sincere farewell, inviting them to come back again.
• Renders assistance to any visitors in need of support.
• Manages the fulfillment of GC To Go orders efficiently.
• Amiable and considerate in phone interactions.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Is aware of and carries out position tasks concerning just-in-time delivery.
• Well-versed in the daily buffet menu and has a comprehensive understanding of the prices associated with each item.

Cleanliness:

• Ensures tidiness and orderliness in the vestibule, host/cashier station, and adjacent areas.
• Assistance is essential to organize the buffet correctly and confirm the accuracy of labeling. Additionally, the task involves keeping the buffet and its adjacent areas clean.
• Conforms to the rules and requirements mandated by the community health bureau.
• Supervises duty roster implementation to fulfill cleanliness, service, and quality requirements.

Operational Excellence:

• Communicates with the supervisor regarding the requirement to transfer cash from the till to the secure safe in order to lower the risk of theft.
• Verifies that the drawer's total matches the daily paperwork.
