As an Outbacker, you'll help ensure our Guests enjoy an AUSS-SOME experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and efficient dining environment, allowing our servers to provide concentrated customer service and our kitchen to uphold serious food standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant support role is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including lifting and carrying.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 16 years.

• Compensation Range: $45,000 - $60,000 - with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors

Responsibilities

• Swiftly and efficiently clear and reset dining tables after Guests depart, ensuring they are ready for the next diners.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing any necessary support to enhance Guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and other guest areas throughout the shift.
• Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Restock server stations with ice, glassware, silverware, and other supplies as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Support the kitchen staff by assisting with light cleaning duties or food prep as directed.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless flow of service.
