Job Duties and Responsibilities of Baskin Robbins Shift Manager:

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high - quality service.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Operate the POS system accurately to process orders and payments.
• Prepare and package food and beverage orders according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking, prep, and dining areas.
• Operate coffee and sandwich equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper inventory management and accountability for food quality and quantity.
• Coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience of Baskin Robbins Shift Manager:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Proficiency in operating computerized POS systems.
