Role and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Food Service Manager, you will supervise restaurant operations during your designated shifts and assist in guiding the staff to provide exceptional customer service, all while maintaining the financial health and efficiency of the establishment. You will also take on the following responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• High school diploma or relevant restaurant management background is required.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Past involvement in overseeing fast-food operations.
• Understanding food and beverage performance indicators, product criteria, and managerial structures.
• Proficiency in the technical aspects of food preparation, production, and delivery alongside a thorough understanding of food safety protocols.
• Effective leadership abilities, including maintaining composure and professionalism when faced with difficult circumstances.
• Proficiency in managing sensitive data while engaging relevant parties effectively and responsibly.
• Openness to acquiring knowledge across various facets of restaurant functions and handling diverse stations within the establishment.
• A favorable mindset and authentic willingness to assist and aid others.
• Self-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge.
• Taking responsibility for errors and dedicating to promptly resolve issues.
