Job Summary of Team Leader:

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are responsible for the overall operation of a single store, including managing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship are provided to ensure success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Team Leader:

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor associates to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and operational standards in accordance with Panda Express policies.
• Drive store performance to meet financial, customer service, and operational goals.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and clean environment for both employees and guests.

Qualifications and Experience of Team Leader:

• High school diploma required; further education is a plus.
• Flexible to work in a store within a 50-mile radius and on weekends.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts effectively.
