Role and Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent guest experience and maintaining smooth restaurant operations. You will uphold Burger King's standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, process transactions, and address inquiries courteously.
• Operate POS systems efficiently and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales.
• Prepare, assemble, and package food and beverages according to company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, restrooms, and food preparation zones.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
• Perform duties across multiple stations such as front counter, Drive-Thru, kitchen prep, and expediting.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
• Follow Burger King's uniform, grooming, and conduct policies.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate dependability, integrity, and a commitment to teamwork.
