Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cash Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism while supporting the restaurant's front-end operations. You'll serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring each interaction reflects Wingstop's high standards of service and care.

• Greet and engage guests warmly, whether in person or over the phone, to create a welcoming experience.
• Accurately process orders through the POS system with speed and attention to detail.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, sauces, and promotions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
• Handle various transactions including cash, credit card, and gift card payments with precision.
• Verify order accuracy and presentation before handing them to customers to ensure quality consistency.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Balance and secure the cash drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining accurate financial documentation.
• Keep customer-facing areas clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout service hours.
• Adhere to Wingstop's strict food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns politely, escalating to management when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Proficiency with electronic POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong mathematical skills and accuracy in cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary ranging from $13,000 to $20,000, depending on experience, skill level, and scheduling flexibility.
