Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring a positive and memorable Wingstop experience.
  • Accurately take and process customer orders via the POS system, both in-person and over the phone.

  • Prepare, cook, and serve menu items including bone-in wings, boneless wings, fries, and sides according to Wingstop's standards.
  • Maintain accurate portioning and proper use of sauces to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Time food preparation precisely to deliver dishes at optimal freshness, crispness, and flavor.
  • Ensure kitchen areas and equipment are clean, organized, and sanitary throughout every shift.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper fryer maintenance and oil filtering.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow the direction of shift leaders and managers.
  • Address guest concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating to management when necessary.
  • Uphold Wingstop's food handling and cleanliness standards consistently in every task performed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment, including roles such as cook, line cook, or food preparer.
  • Experience in restaurant or cashier duties is an advantage.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification required.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Strong math and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain standing for long periods.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
