Maintenance Worker – Entry Level

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support multiple Dunkin’ locations in Naugatuck and Wallingford, CT. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and learning new skills. No formal education is required-just a strong work ethic and a willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided)
Perform routine maintenance to landscaping
Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
Travel between locations to respond to maintenance needs
Monitor and report equipment issues or safety concerns
Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
Communicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needs

Requirements

Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors
Comfortable working independently and managing time across multiple sites
Willingness to learn equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols
Availability to travel between locations as needed

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
Familiarity with restaurant equipment or facilities maintenance
Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
Electrical or mechanical experience or education is a plus
