Job Summary of Facilities Specialist:

This position plays a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations by ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely. The role involves hands on technical work, vendor coordination, and routine inspections to maintain optimal conditions across multiple locations. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Facilities Specialist:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on restaurant equipment and systems.
• Coordinate repairs and service calls with external vendors to resolve facility issues promptly.
• Support openings, remodels, and closures by preparing and inspecting facility assets.
• Ensure all locations meet health, safety, and operational standards for cleanliness and equipment function.
• Perform site visits across local stores, documenting and reporting findings using digital tools.
• Work closely with the operations and facilities management teams to implement upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications and Experience of Facilities Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications are a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, restaurant operations, or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally to multiple locations as needed.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
