Role and Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Specialist, you will ensure a high-quality guest experience while assisting with food service operations and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

• Uphold Chick-fil-A brand values and Operator vision through daily tasks and positive guest interactions.
• Complete responsibilities efficiently, prioritizing operational effectiveness.
• Prepare, assemble, and serve items at food stations following company standards.
• Foster clear communication with fellow Hospitality Specialists and management.
• Stand for up to 5 hours during shifts as required.
• Apply basic math and measuring skills for accurate food preparation.
• Maintain hygiene and safety through cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and equipment upkeep.
• Greet guests professionally, even while managing kitchen responsibilities.
• Unload deliveries and store items appropriately.
• Lift items up to 45 pounds safely.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attire at all times.
• Follow prescribed serving sizes, quality standards, and assessment procedures.
