Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience of three to five years in a restaurant or hospitality management capacity, or a comparable blend of education and work history.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
• Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Functional knowledge of back-office administrative systems and operational software.
• Ability to quickly assimilate and expertly utilize new computer programs and technologies.
• Capability to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally for lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving objects.
• Physical stamina to stand and move with well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the entirety of a shift.
• Comfortable performing all required duties across various kitchen and service stations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary representative and champion for the Chicken Salad Chick brand image and values.
• Oversee all facets of daily restaurant operation, ensuring consistent adherence to all company standards for food quality, presentation, and guest service.
• Cultivate a welcoming, responsive, and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.
• Take ownership of all regulatory compliance, including federal, state, and local health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Achieve all financial and operational goals, specifically related to sales targets, service quality, and facility upkeep.
• Formulate and implement local marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns in alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
• Manage labor performance effectively by creating and maintaining optimized employee schedules based on business forecasts.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and administer consistent, fair corrective action as necessary.
• Maintain fiscal control by strictly adhering to cash handling procedures, managing inventory counts, and overseeing all financial administration and reporting.
• Ensure all equipment remains clean and fully operational through proactive maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer feedback, both positive and negative, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and celebrate excellent experiences.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and termination decisions in accordance with management policies.
• Step into various operational roles as needed to uphold service standards and maintain workflow efficiency.
