Responsibilities:

• Execute timely technical support and preventative maintenance on all amusement devices, simulators, and complex technical systems within the location.
• Actively engage with guests on the midway, addressing technical issues promptly and ensuring all gaming areas are operational and well-maintained for optimal player experience.
• Commit to delivering an exceptional guest experience, integrating excellent service with the establishment's offerings of food, beverages, and entertainment.
• Promptly report all significant problems or unusual operational matters to the immediate supervisor, recommending or initiating appropriate corrective measures as necessary.

• Support the daily cleaning, organization, and upkeep of the tech room and storage facilities.
• Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, as directed by leadership.
• Assist management with general building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide assistance and support to other team members across the venue.
• Foster and maintain a productive and cooperative working relationship with all company personnel to promote high team morale and operational efficiency.
