As a Drink Master at Olive Garden, you'll be the architect of exceptional beverage experiences, crafting and serving drinks that perfectly complement our Italian-inspired cuisine. You'll ensure every guest feels like part of our family by providing safe, friendly, and attentive service. Your passion for mixology, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will allow you to guide guests on a flavorful journey, enhancing their dining experience with expertly prepared drinks. Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies, reporting needs to management as necessary.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, bar tools, and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area.
