Job Summary:

Overseeing to ensure that each customer has a satisfactory experience is a key duty of the Team Leader. They supervise team members and lead them to complete tasks following company guidelines. In addition, the Team Leader focuses on maintaining superior customer service, supporting operational tasks, and engaging in a professional growth program aimed at enhancing careers within Whataburger.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Communication

• Upholds and strengthens the Whataburger Brand representation constantly.
• Notifies the appropriate authorities in case of being unable to report for work as required.
• - Participates in all required meetings and training sessions.
• Conveys any issues outside the Team Leader's scope to the Manager on duty.

Physical Requirements:

• The job requires individuals to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Skill in standing for the duration of the work period.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push.
• Ongoing contact with water, detergents, and food items.
• Frequent handwashing.
