Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence (Front-of-House): Ensure every guest experience is memorable by providing a superb level of service on every visit; warmly welcoming all patrons as they enter the restaurant.
• Team Collaboration: Actively support and assist co-workers across all functional areas, including dining room service, cash handling, and order preparation.
• Operational Support: Work efficiently in up to three key areas: Guest Service/Cashier, the Sandwich Line, and Kitchen Production/Prep.
• Adherence to Standards: Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and meticulously, maintaining the high quality, safety, and visual appeal of all products and ingredients according to established brand standards.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for all guest orders, processing cash, credit, and debit transactions correctly.
• Food Preparation (Back-of-House): Prepare a wide range of menu items, including our signature chicken salads, side salads, soups, and desserts, strictly following official recipe cards for consistency in portioning and quality.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, equipment (including the sandwich line and refrigeration), and all guest areas (dining room, restrooms).
• Stock Management: Ensure work areas are fully stocked before the end of the shift and promptly notify management of any equipment malfunctions or product shortages.
• Professional Conduct: Consistently uphold the company's grooming, uniform, and cultural standards (the 10 Non-Negotiable Behaviors) throughout the shift.
