Qualifications and Experience of Shift Leader:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a high - volume quick service restaurant or similar environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of supervising specific areas of restaurant operations effectively.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
