Role and Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Team Manager at Popeyes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You will lead by example, delivering excellent customer service while overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assisting them with their orders and payment transactions efficiently.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Popeyes' high standards for quality and presentation.
• Assist with unloading shipments and managing inventory as required.
• Be punctual and reliable for your scheduled shifts, setting an example for the team.
• Uphold integrity and honesty in all communications while promoting the values and culture of Popeyes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously with both guests and team members.
• Willingness to embrace different aspects of restaurant operations and perform tasks across various stations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting customers and engaging in training activities.
• Frequent handling and preparation of food items, ensuring proper safety and hygiene protocols.
• Occasional crouching, lifting, pushing, and pulling in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate doors, freezers, coolers, and storage units as necessary to perform job duties.
• Clear communication with both team members and guests is essential for effective operations.
