Job duties include

• Performing duties and ensuring that services and customer encounters adhere to the Chick-fil-A brand, culture, and the Operator's vision.
• Complete tasks swiftly and with focus to drive operational excellence and overall efficiency.
• Conforming to Chick-fil-A criteria by organizing, preparing, and dispensing items at various food stations.
• Foster a culture of transparent and effective communication within the team and with leaders.
• Sustain standing for as long as 5 hours continuously.
• Fundamental abilities in mathematics and measurement are required.
• Maintain a hygienic and secure restaurant environment by mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, and looking after equipment.
• Be sure to politely greet guests, even when focused on kitchen responsibilities.
• Stocking supplies received from delivery trucks in the designated storage areas.
• Competence in hoisting up to 45 pounds.

Company Information

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House ).
