Job Summary of Kitchen Crew:

Dairy Queen is seeking enthusiastic Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service while preparing food quickly, safely, and accurately. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for guests by maintaining quality, cleanliness, and a positive environment in the restaurant.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Crew:

• Represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally and positively at all times.
• Greet and welcome guests with energy and friendliness.
• Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently, following restaurant, health, and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, including grill, fryer, and freezer.
• Complete preparation tasks for stocking and setting up cooking areas.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and in line with Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.
• Work cooperatively with management and team members to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Crew:

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Comfortable standing for entire shifts and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food, maintaining proper temperature safety.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and compliance with local health regulations.
• Good personal hygiene, punctuality, and a fun, energetic attitude.
