Role and Responsibilities:

As a Crew Member, you will provide excellent service and maintain Wendy’s standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

• Apply knowledge of positional skills, customer service, health and safety regulations, and all Wendy's policies and procedures.
• Deliver quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to every customer.
• Work with a positive attitude and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Perform duties on site in accordance with scheduling requirements, including the ability to work different shifts.
• Use a headset for taking orders and following direction.
• Handle tasks in a fast-paced environment, which may include exposure to noise, heat, cold, and other elements.
• Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25–30 pounds), and standing for long periods.

Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts as scheduled.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
