• Comply with the prescribed steps for collecting and documenting tickets in the course of service delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness standards of the kitchen, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Properly storing or discarding food is essential for maintaining food safety standards.
• Maintain and operate kitchen tools correctly.
• Help with scheduling production activities, keeping track of paperwork, arranging purchases, and handling incoming goods.
• It is important to promptly raise any equipment issues or safety concerns in order to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Engage in professional development courses focused on safety.
• Create a workplace culture that prioritizes positivity and mutual respect to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
• Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the protocol:
• The recommended use of cut-proof gloves for protection when handling knives and sharp tools.
