Crafting both familiar and inventive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with customers, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest are the primary responsibilities of a Bartender. A Bartender's ability to showcase creativity, in-depth knowledge of mixology, and excellent customer service skills are crucial for establishing the reputation of the establishment as a go-to spot for exceptional drinks.

Typical responsibilities:

• Create a broad range of crafted cocktails, alcohol-free mocktails, and other specialty drinks with finesse and style, incorporating premium ingredients, methods, and garnishes. Innovate constantly and introduce new and captivating drink innovations.
• Achieve excellent customer service by warmly greeting guests, engaging in friendly and professional interactions, and comprehending their preferences. Provide recommendations and advice based on their preferences to ensure a personalized and satisfying experience.
• Efficiently process drink orders, preparing beverages with precision and serving them with a focus on detail and presentation.
• Demonstrate a proficient understanding of the intricacies of classic and contemporary mixology, incorporating a broad range of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and additional elements. Stay well-versed in the latest trends and innovative approaches emerging in the mixology industry.
• Preserve a sanitary and structured bar environment by ensuring that all glassware, bar tools, and utensils are clean and easily accessible. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including the appropriate handling and storage of ingredients.
• The training program offers certification upon meeting the established criteria for responsible alcohol service
• Work hand in hand with other team members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to guarantee the smooth running of operations and a consistent customer journey. Aid during peak periods and contribute to different areas of the venue when necessary.
• Carry out accurate processing of customer payments, responsible cash management, and secure cash register handling, alongside maintaining thorough records of sales, tips, and inventory to facilitate effective management and financial transparency.

Qualifications and proficiencies needed:

• Proficient in overseeing a diverse array of bar and wine selections
• Proficiency in sophisticated gastronomy
• It is essential to have the capacity to carry, lift, and manage beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment that can weigh up to 50 pounds
• Skillful communication and attentive listening are necessary for effective interactions with superiors, employees, and customers.
