Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily restaurant operations, and drive financial performance. You will be responsible for building a motivated team that meets high standards and brings the Pizza Hut vision to life.

• Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.
• Manage financial results, including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Create a positive and engaging work environment focused on teamwork and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Drive daily restaurant operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management with responsibility for financial results.
• Strong commitment to creating a great place to work and serve customers.
• Energetic, motivational, and honest with a passion for teamwork and leadership.
• Ability to set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team.
• Comfortable managing the fast-paced, ever-changing restaurant environment.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience driving financial performance and team development in a restaurant setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
