Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cook, you will lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing daily restaurant operations. You will drive success by motivating, supporting, and empowering team members.

• Lead with integrity by modeling authentic communication and fostering an environment of respect, trust, and accountability.
• Assign tasks such as cleaning, line duties, and opening/closing duties during shifts.
• Provide feedback and training to team members to promote growth and performance.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift to ensure operational efficiency.
• Champion hospitality by exceeding brand standards and delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
• Ensure safety and compliance by upholding food safety, security, and labor standards.
• Live and promote EYAS Hospitality Group's people-first culture every day.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to meet restaurant demands, including standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long or irregular shifts when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Some college or coursework in restaurant management.
• At least 6 months of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted, approachable role model.
• Self-motivation, positive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
