What You'll Do as a Takeout Team Member:

As a Takeout Team Member, you'll ensure that our guests enjoy their Cracker Barrel favorites anywhere they go. This tipped role focuses on fast-paced, friendly service and attention to detail as you prepare, package, and deliver to-go orders with care.

• Champion an effortless to-go experience that replicates the same hospitable environment as our dine-in option
• Make sure to take precise orders and carefully package meals while paying attention to their presentation and ensuring they are fully prepared
• Ensure that the to-go area is consistently supplied with condiments, utensils, and packaging materials for customer takeout needs
• Engage in collaboration with your team to optimize efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction

What You'll Need as a Takeout Team Member:

• An amiable and team-centric approach to interactions and group dynamics
• A deep-seated passion for designing lasting dining memories
• Competence in multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• You do not need any prior experience as we will give you the training required for success
