Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cook in a food service setting is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items according to KFC's strict recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, ovens, and other cooking apparatus.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stocked, rotated, and prepared for use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate ingredient needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain the ability to stand and walk consistently throughout entire shifts.
• Safely navigate confined spaces and operate various restaurant equipment.
