Role and Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisor, you will help lead day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will ensure operational excellence, team development, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Selected team members will receive on-the-job training for leadership responsibilities and contribute to Red Robin's brand equity and profitability.

• Manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts
• Ensure guest satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness, and food quality standards
• Support team leadership, scheduling, and task delegation
• Resolve guest issues and support profit optimization efforts
• Perform duties across other hourly roles as needed

To Qualify for This Role, a Great Candidate Has:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest service
• Business maturity and the ability to supervise peers effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Passion for hospitality and people development
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Serv Safe Certification preferred
