Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cash Checker, you will be actively involved in interacting with customers, preparing items, and supporting the operational tasks within the store. Your primary aim will be to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment, all while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety guidelines.

• Utilize store equipment in a secure and proficient manner.
• Transport ingredients received in delivery zones to be stored in designated locations, work areas, and refrigerated storage.
• Ensure that food items are made in accordance with the company's specifications.
• Receive and precisely process orders over the phone and in direct customer interactions.
• Take stock and complete the related paperwork.
• Daily cleaning of equipment and the workplace is essential.
• Ensure that you follow the orientation and on-the-job training protocols accordingly.
• Comprehend and deliver accurate written instructions.
• Establish transparent communication channels with both clients and coworkers to facilitate order fulfillment.
• Undertake basic math duties, such as ensuring precise monetary change is given.
• Place orders with precision by utilizing electronic systems or touch-screen technology.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, and equipment in motion.
• Assist in creating a clean and organized environment for work.

Prerequisite Qualifications and Experience:

• The person must have reached the age of 18 at the minimum.
• Capability to engage in successful and coherent communication with clients and coworkers alike.
• Essential mathematical abilities and the skill to make precise transactions.
• Achieving tasks with accuracy and efficiency relies on proficient motor coordination.
• Proficiency in synchronizing hand movements with visual focus when working with food and equipment.
• Showing competence in working autonomously or as a team member during stressful circumstances and upholding quality control benchmarks.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintaining a standing position is common practice, with intermittent short bouts of walking for brief distances.
• Handling and transferring bulk deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs with the help of a hand trolley.
• Conveying items such as hefty cans, containers of pizza sauce (up to 30 pounds), and stacks of pizza dough (weighing around 12 pounds each).
• Using a dolly to transport trays, necessitating a force of up to 7.5 lbs.
• Infrequent use of stairs or ladders for maintenance activities.
• Engaging in stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching activities as needed during work duties.
• Ongoing manipulation of hands in the cooking process and the use of equipment such as pizza peels, knives, and containers.

Work Conditions:

• Workers may experience temperature variations, with temperatures ranging from 36°F in cold storage areas to exceeding 90°F in designated work zones.
• Occasional outdoor responsibilities like trash disposal and similar activities.
• Experiencing aromas of food, fine particles of cornmeal, extreme heat from surfaces, sharp angles, and moving machine parts.
• Cramped environments such as walk-in refrigerators.
